Bridget is an associate with Latherow Law Office with a focus in personal injury, medical malpractice, construction law and aviation law.

Prior to working at Latherow Law Office, Bridget served as Assistant Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives. In that capacity, she analyzed proposed legislation for the Speaker and served as the Parliamentarian to two standing Committees. She began her career at the firm of Chilton Yambert Porter & Young, practicing as a defense attorney in workers' compensation and employment law. She gained valuable experience there, seeing injury claims from a defense perspective.

In 2004, she received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. During her time at John Marshall, Bridget served as a 7-11 licensed clerk, prosecuting cases on behalf of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in both Traffic and Felony Trial Divisions.

Bridget is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers, Illinois State Bar and Chicago Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Women's Bar Association where she serves on the Legislative Task Force Committee. She wrote an article "May I Please See Your File", a view of the self-critical analysis privilege in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association's Trial Journal, Summer 2008, Vol 10, Num 2.
